About the Role

Responsibilities
- Gather and provide requirements and conduct testing to ensure quality assurance of the end product
- Monitor various system metrics and checklists, generate and analyze reports including statistical reports related to SLA's, project requests, and operational performance
- Develop monthly customer presentations using various reports and metrics
- Conduct assessments to determine if negotiated baselines have been met, not met, or exceeded
- Participate in the development and documentation of systems standards, configuration standards and operational processes
- Coordinate knowledge creation and updates including knowledge structure and tools
- Draft Technical Information Bulletins for service delivery units
- Analyze problem trends and recommend problem resolution procedures
- Research technical information and hardware/software capabilities to recommend improvements
Requirements
- Computer Information Systems Degree
- 2 years of Business Analyst experience
- 1 year Project Management experience preferred
- Related education/certification/qualifications or equivalent in experience/training

Purpose of Position
- The Business Analyst (BIR) works under the direction of the Service Delivery Unit Manager/Director in support of service operations and project delivery to enhance and maintain the customer’s experience.
Accountabilities
- Gathers and provides requirements and conducts testing to ensure quality assurance of the end product.
- Monitors various system metrics and checklists, generates and/or analyzes various reports.
- Develops monthly customer presentations using various reports and metrics.
- Conducts assessments to determine if negotiated baselines have been met, not met, or exceeded.

Qualifications

Salary/Rate
- 44.11/HR CAD (2026 rate)
