Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Identify opportunities for business improvement and efficiency using BABOK and analytics frameworks, tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Facilitate business process design, re-engineering, mapping, gap analysis, audit evaluation, and automation of complex data structures using BPMN 2.0.
• Liaise with operations, human resources, finance, and other stakeholders to understand organizational structure, policies, and operations.
• Determine business requirements at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• Elicit business, solution, and transition requirements and clarify requirements proactively.
• Facilitate and manage direction for process, people, and data analysis.
• Research client industries and competitive positions to inform business strategies for new technology applications.
• Create and present reports, KPI overviews, and solution overviews to all organizational levels.
• Set up and maintain process requirements matrices.
• Define application metrics and performance goals with stakeholders and team members.
• Translate requirements into use cases and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Support company values and programs and perform other assigned duties.
