About the Role
Socium is seeking a Business Analyst with Arabic fluency for an onsite contract in Abu Dhabi. You will gather client requirements, analyze data, and drive process improvements for ERP/procurement implementations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate needs into technical requirements
- Conduct in depth business analysis to document client requirements, use cases, and deliverables
- Analyze client and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Generate actionable insights and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Act as liaison between client facing and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Assist in coordinating workshops, training sessions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in a delivery focused or technology driven environment
- Strong experience in Procurement and/or ERP implementations
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Arabic fluency
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or SaaS products is a plus

Location and Eligibility
- Abu Dhabi (Onsite)
- Initial 6 months extendable contract
- Visa not sponsored; candidates must have Freelance/Golden Visa or self sponsor
Client Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and requirements
- Conduct in depth business analysis to translate client needs into technical requirements
- Document and maintain detailed record of client requirements, use cases, and deliverables
Data Analysis & Insights Generation
- Analyze client and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities
- Generate actionable insights to recommend enhancements in delivery processes
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to streamline delivery processes
- Support Director Customer Success in implementing best practices
Cross functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Act as liaison between client facing and technical teams
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Assist in coordinating workshops, training sessions, and client meetings
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role
- Strong experience in Procurement and/or ERP implementations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana)
