Role Description
- The Business Analyst role at TCS LLC is a part time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home arrangements.
- The Business Analyst will analyze business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and support the development of solutions that optimize operational efficiency for power and oil & gas plant services.
Daily Responsibilities
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Preparing reports and presentations
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Conducting data analysis, supporting decision making with clear insights
- Helping to implement process changes and performance metrics
- Contributing to stakeholder communication and assisting in maintaining accurate records of projects, processes, and outcomes
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in business analysis and understanding of business processes relevant to industrial services
- Ability to gather, document, and manage business requirements clearly and systematically
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non technical stakeholders

- Familiarity with power or oil & gas industry operations is an advantage
