Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day office administration, reception, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and manage company documents, reports, and records.
  • Coordinate employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Liaise with government authorities (Ministry of Labor, Immigration, DED, Freezone, etc.).
  • Manage licensing, permits, and company renewals.
  • Support HR onboarding and staff administration.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3–4 years’ experience in Administration & PRO roles within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration, and online portals.
  • Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • preferably with UAE Driving license

Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Required)

  • HR and PRO in UAE: 3 years (Required)
