Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration, reception, and correspondence.
- Prepare and manage company documents, reports, and records.
- Coordinate employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with government authorities (Ministry of Labor, Immigration, DED, Freezone, etc.).
- Manage licensing, permits, and company renewals.
- Support HR onboarding and staff administration.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.

Requirements
- At least 3–4 years’ experience in Administration & PRO roles within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration, and online portals.
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- preferably with UAE Driving license
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Bachelor's (Required)

- HR and PRO in UAE: 3 years (Required)
