Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of burgers, sandwiches, and related food items in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines.
• Develop new burger concepts and seasonal menu items that align with the Saudi market and customer preferences.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all pastry items.
• Manage daily pastry kitchen operations, including preparation schedules and production planning.
• Maintain high standards of **food safety, hygiene, and sanitation** in compliance with KSA regulations.
• Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support menu development and special events.
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff when required.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are properly maintained and organized.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• **Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory**.
• Minimum **3–5 years of proven experience** as a Burger Chef, **with hands-on experience in the Saudi market**.
• Strong understanding of **local customer preferences and market trends in KSA**.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation and flavor development.
