About the job

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Adherence to quality, health & safety, information security, and business continuity policies.
• Support bunker operations to ensure efficient discharge and handling of bulk materials.
• Achieve maximum discharge volume per crane and per ship working hour.
• Coordinate and communicate with Supervisors, Foremen, and Signalmen on operational activities, delays, and equipment downtime.
• Operate bunker equipment in compliance with instructions and operational procedures.
• Ensure equipment is in safe working condition before and during operations.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring zero tolerance for incidents and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor operations and report any performance issues or abnormalities.
• Contribute to improving terminal productivity, vessel turnaround time, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the stevedoring team to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the role as assigned by the line manager.
