The Superintendent is responsible for the full oversight of building operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety. This role leads on-site maintenance activities, supervises staff (including Assistant Superintendents), and ensures the property is maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional resident service. We are currently seeking 3 Superintendents for 3 of our properties.
Oversee and perform routine inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, and mechanical equipment
Ensure all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations
Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs
Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of complex maintenance issues
Maintain all common areas, mechanical rooms, and exterior grounds to company standards
Oversee and assist with in-suite maintenance and repairs
Manage unit turnovers, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
Conduct inspections to ensure suites are move-in ready
Coordinate work with contractors when required

Lead response to emergency situations (e.g., fire alarms, floods, system failures)
Ensure proper procedures, documentation, and escalation protocols are followed
