Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long term growth strategy for the Derma business across MENA
- Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with regional and global priorities
- Accelerate profitable growth through portfolio management, pricing, innovation, and market expansion
- Translate consumer, patient, HCP, and customer insights into actionable growth initiatives
- Deliver Net Sales, Market Share, and Profitability targets
- Lead business reviews, forecasting, financial planning, and demand alignment processes
- Lead integrated consumer marketing strategies across all touchpoints
- Define and execute the regional medical engagement strategy
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing and engaged team
- Contribute to the overall success of the market unit as a member of the Middle East Leadership Team
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience
- Proven success in marketing, sales or S&CM
- Experience managing healthcare, dermocosmetics, OTC or consumer healthcare brands
- Strong track record of delivering profitable growth
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience
- Fluent in English; Arabic a plus

Role Purpose
- Lead the growth and development of the Derma category, including Eucerin, across the Middle East & North Africa.
- Responsible for delivering sustainable business growth, market outperformance, and execution excellence through strategic brand leadership, medical engagement, commercial management, and team development.
Business Leadership & Strategy
- Define and drive the long term growth strategy for the Derma business across MENA.
- Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with regional and global priorities.
- Accelerate profitable growth through portfolio management, pricing, innovation, and market expansion.
- Translate consumer, patient, HCP, and customer insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- Anticipate market trends, opportunities, and competitive risks, implementing appropriate actions.
- Serve as the strategic advisor to the GM and Country Managers on Derma business performance and growth.
Commercial Performance
- Deliver Net Sales, Market Share, and Profitability targets.
- Lead business reviews, forecasting, financial planning, and demand alignment processes.
- Optimize marketing and operational investments to maximize ROI.
- Monitor KPIs and drive accountability across markets.
Brand & Consumer Excellence
- Lead integrated consumer marketing strategies across all touchpoints.
- Drive excellence in media, digital, influencer, e commerce, and retail activation.
- Ensure innovation success, portfolio optimization, and brand consistency across markets.
- Build strong consumer centricity to strengthen brand equity and growth.
Medical & Detailing Excellence
- Define and execute the regional medical engagement strategy.
- Drive excellence in detailing through effective segmentation, targeting, and productivity management.
- Strengthen partnerships with dermatologists, HCPs, and KOLs.
- Enhance scientific credibility and healthcare professional recommendation of Eucerin.
Distributor & Customer Leadership
- Partner with market teams, distributors, and key customers to ensure flawless execution.
- Align brand strategies with customer activation plans.
- Drive execution standards, governance, and capability building across markets.
Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build, lead, and develop a high performing and engaged team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession plans.
- Lead cross functional collaboration and organizational change initiatives.
Middle East Leadership Team
- Support enterprise wide strategic decisions and business priorities.
- Champion Beiersdorf values, culture, and leadership behaviors.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and governance standards.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of commercial experience.
