We are seeking a dynamic and creative BTL Marketing Executive to join our team in the vibrant jewellery industry.
This role is ideal for an individual who excels in crafting and executing innovative below-the-line marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences.
The BTL Marketing Executive person will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement through direct marketing, events, and promotions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to develop campaigns that not only meet business objectives but also reflect the unique artistry and craftsmanship of our jewellery products.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the jewellery market and customer preferences, enabling them to design targeted experiences that capture attention and foster loyalty.
Strong analytical skills will be essential for measuring the success of initiatives and adapting strategies accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies tailored to the jewellery market.
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations to brand awareness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create sales support materials and tools that align with marketing efforts.
- Design and coordinate direct marketing campaigns to engage potential customers effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning in the jewellery industry.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to measure effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners involved in BTL marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BTL marketing, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends related to jewellery and luxury items.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop compelling marketing strategies.
- understanding the BTL marketing trends and analytics to track and improve performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
