Job Description
- Due to continued success of GEMS Founders School, Dubai, we are looking to recruit an outstanding BTEC and Design Technology Specialist Teacher to join our team in August 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an Early Career Teacher or a more experienced educator.
Successful candidates will:
- Embody and role model our core values of Grow, Flourish, and Succeed.
- Hold a Bachelor of Education or a bachelor’s degree with PGCE
- Have experience teaching one or more of the following subjects: BTEC Business, BTEC Engineering, BTEC Hospitality, and Design Technology
- Experience teaching within the English National Curriculum and BTEC programmes is desirable.
- Demonstrate exemplary teaching practice and a passion for continuous improvement
- Bring a creative and enthusiastic approach to both classroom and wider school life
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
