- Conduct product and brand training sessions for sales teams
- Work with retail teams to gather market feedback and identify expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 7 10 years of Brand Management experience within Beauty, Cosmetics, Retail, or FMCG
- Experience managing Korean Beauty or premium cosmetic brands is highly preferred
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgets, and profitability
- Experience in sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools

About the Position
- To identify and develop new brand opportunities, secure brand listings, and drive the growth and success of K Beauty and cosmetic brands.
- The role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring brand strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, achieve sales targets, engage the target audience, and ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all retail doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new brand opportunities and potential partnerships within the K Beauty and cosmetics market, and support the brand onboarding and listing process.
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer expectations.
- Manage brand performance by setting sales targets, monitoring KPIs, analyzing results, and preparing regular performance reports with recommendations for growth.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, videos, reels, influencers, and in store activations to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify market opportunities and maintain competitiveness within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Support and manage new product launches, promotional activities, events, and brand activations to maximize commercial impact.
- Develop annual brand calendars, including marketing activities, campaigns, launches, and promotional plans in coordination with internal teams and brand partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Retail, Creative, Digital, Finance, and Operations) and external agencies to ensure smooth and timely execution of brand initiatives.
- Regularly review and maintain brand guidelines, marketing materials, product information, and other brand assets to ensure consistent brand identity across all channels, including visual merchandising and planogram execution.
- Manage brand related administrative activities, including purchase orders, invoices, approvals, budget tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct product and brand training sessions for sales teams to enhance product knowledge, customer engagement, and selling capabilities.
- Work closely with retail teams to gather market feedback, improve brand performance, and identify opportunities for expansion across additional doors.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of the beauty, cosmetics and K Beauty market.
- Experience in brand management, marketing, or retail beauty operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and influencer marketing.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 7 10 years of Brand Management experience within Beauty, Cosmetics, Retail or FMCG.
- Experience managing Korean Beauty or premium cosmetic brands is highly preferred.
