About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead the growth and positioning of a globally recognized specialty coffee brand.
  • This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen market leadership, increase consumer engagement, and drive business growth across multiple markets.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong brand building expertise with a passion for specialty coffee, premium consumer experiences, and cultural trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual and long term brand strategies aligned with global business objectives.
  • Drive brand equity, awareness, relevance, and market share growth across regional and international markets.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Act as the brand guardian, maintaining brand standards across retail, e commerce, packaging, partnerships, and communications.
  • Lead go to market strategies for seasonal offerings, new coffee launches, limited editions, and innovation projects.
  • Collaborate with coffee sourcing, roasting, and product development teams to translate product stories into compelling consumer narratives.
  • Build storytelling around coffee origins, sustainability initiatives, farmer partnerships, craftsmanship, and quality standards.
  • Support pricing, promotional, and portfolio strategies to maximize profitability and consumer value.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the specialty coffee sector.
  • Leverage customer insights and data analytics to optimize brand performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify new customer segments and growth opportunities across global markets.
  • Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, PR, experiential, and partnership channels.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage global campaign calendars and coordinate regional adaptations.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to deliver high impact campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • Oversee content development, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic objectives.
  • Drive digital brand growth through social media, content marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and influencer partnerships.
  • Foster engagement with coffee enthusiasts, industry professionals, and brand communities.
  • Lead experiential marketing initiatives, including coffee festivals, educational workshops, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Enhance customer loyalty through innovative and memorable brand experiences.
  • Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor campaign ROI and optimize investments based on performance metrics.
  • Partner with sales, retail, and e commerce teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Contribute to forecasting, annual planning, and business reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, retail operations, supply chain, product development, and executive leadership.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with agencies, creative partners, media vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Present brand performance, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–8+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or category management.
  • Experience within specialty coffee, premium food & beverage, hospitality, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
  • Proven success managing large scale marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Experience working with international or global brands is highly desirable.

Compensation

  • Pay: QAR12,000.00 QAR15,000.00 per month
