About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Manager to lead the development, growth, and performance of assigned brands.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, driving sales and profitability, executing marketing initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring strong brand presence across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual brand strategies and business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Own the commercial performance of assigned brands by monitoring sales trends, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing initiatives to maximize business performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international brand principals, ensuring effective communication, regular business reviews, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, inventory plans, and business presentations for internal management and brand partners.
  • Analyse sales reports, product performance, customer insights, and market trends to recommend strategic actions that improve brand performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to establish sales targets, develop promotional plans, and support key account negotiations to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute brand campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, product launches, retail activations, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability, optimize inventory levels, minimize stock ageing, and improve inventory turnover.
  • Monitor product assortment and recommend new product introductions, seasonal collections, pricing strategies, and product discontinuations based on market demand.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to evaluate pricing, promotions, product launches, and market positioning, providing recommendations to strengthen competitive advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, Product Management, or Distribution.
  • Experience managing international consumer brands, preferably in watches, fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
  • UAE/GCC market experience is preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving business growth.
