About the Role
A confidential company in Doha seeks a Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategy for a leading automotive brand in the GCC. The role involves driving brand awareness, market penetration, and customer acquisition through integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and guidelines
- Drive market positioning and differentiation within the highly competitive automotive sector
- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand strategies
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, events, and dealership channels
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and customer experience across all touchpoints
- Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Lead digital marketing strategies including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and lead generation campaigns
- Optimize customer acquisition costs and maximize return on marketing investments
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, event organizers, and external vendors
- Establish KPIs for brand performance and present regular reports to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 7–12 years of Marketing and Brand management experience
- Minimum 3–5 years in Automotive Brand Management
- Experience managing vehicle launches and OEM driven marketing programs
- Strong understanding of automotive retail operations
- Experience with Chinese automotive brands preferred
- GCC / Middle East automotive experience preferred
- Experience working with dealerships and distributor networks preferred

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and guidelines.
- Drive market positioning and differentiation within the highly competitive automotive sector.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine brand strategies.
Marketing & Communications
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, events, and dealership channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to localize and implement regional campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Lead digital marketing strategies including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Optimize customer acquisition costs and maximize return on marketing investments.
- Monitor website performance, online lead conversion, and digital customer journeys.
Product & Market Planning
- Collaborate with sales teams to support vehicle launches and sales objectives.
- Analyze market demand, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Provide recommendations on product positioning and pricing strategies.
Budget Management
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets.
- Ensure effective allocation of resources and measurable ROI.
- Track campaign performance and prepare management reports.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, event organizers, and external vendors.
- Work closely with sales, aftersales, CRM, digital, and dealer network teams.
- Liaise with OEM representatives regarding brand standards and approvals.
Performance & Reporting
- Establish KPIs for brand performance.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer engagement metrics.
- Present regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA or Marketing specialization preferred.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing are advantageous.
Experience Required
- 7–12 years of Marketing and Brand management experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in Automotive Brand Management.
- Experience managing vehicle launches and OEM driven marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of automotive retail operations.
- Experience with Chinese automotive brands preferred.
- GCC / Middle East automotive experience preferred.
- Experience working with dealerships and distributor networks preferred.
- Experience managing premium or fast growing automotive brands preferred.
