Brand Development Executive

Provide comprehensive relationship management for a selection of medium sized brands to maximise performance across the portfolio. Agree and implement key strategic business projects with these brand partners to grow the overall business through operational excellence, portfolio expansion and marketing routes within McArthurGlen. Work closely and collaboratively with Retail, Brand Partner Marketing and Leasing to embed the ‘Brand Partner Journey’ strategy at every point.

• Proven experience in managing a portfolio of Brand Relationships • Previous experience working in the retail industry. • IT skills: Systems skills with a B2B database and/or internal merchandising platform, intermediate level Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. • Detail-oriented • Focused on problem solving and improving processes. • Experience in presenting to small and medium sized groups would be advantageous. • Experience in maintenance and development of a database would be advantageous.
