- Develop and manage integrated content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasonal launches, and events.
- Create and execute content strategies across social media, website, email, print, and event channels.
- Lead content production including campaign concepts, editorial shoots, lookbooks, and storytelling initiatives.
- Drive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, including community engagement and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor content performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize strategies based on insights and trends.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, agencies, and content contributors to deliver high quality content.
- Support event activations with content planning, live coverage, and post event storytelling.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, brand strategy, or social media management, preferably within luxury, fashion, beauty, or premium lifestyle sectors.
- Minimum 2 years in a senior or lead content role managing content strategy and production.
- Strong experience in social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content analytics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
- Experience working with photographers, videographers, agencies, and creative teams.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English; Tagalog language skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency with content management systems and creative tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
