As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of our retail outlets, driving brand awareness and promoting our services to the target audience.
You will engage with potential customers, represent the brand professionally and positively, and build meaningful connections that contribute to increased footfall, customer engagement, and sales growth.
Essential Functions**
- Represent the retail outlets at various events, exhibitions, and promotional activities across Dubai.
- Promote the brand by effectively communicating product and service offerings to potential customers and generating interest.
- Engage with customers both online and offline, providing tailored recommendations and personalized support.
- Build and maintain a strong social media presence by sharing brand-related content and experiences.
- Distribute promotional materials and conduct product or service demonstrations, where applicable.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Provide valuable feedback on customer interactions, preferences, and experiences to the marketing and sales teams.
- Attend brand training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, company offerings, and promotional strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of brand-related events, exhibitions, and community outreach activities.
Qualifications and Experience**
- Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Charismatic, approachable, and capable of building strong rapport with customers.
- Experience in or passion for the retail industry is an advantage.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and promoting content online.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong presentation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal communication skills.
