- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across various departments
- Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or challenges
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper record keeping
- Participate in meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), and follow up on action items
- Support project managers with daily coordination, communication, and administrative tasks
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and workflows
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience
- Strong interest in project management and business operations
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Summary
- The Project Executive role is designed for fresh graduates and early career Emirati professionals who are eager to build a career in project management.
- Selected candidates will undergo structured training, mentorship, and hands on project exposure across multiple subsidiaries and business units.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
