Branch-Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Branch Warehouse Associate to support the efficient daily operations of our branch warehouse.

This role is key to ensuring accurate order fulfillment, smooth inventory control, and excellent customer service.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments, ensuring documentation matches contents.
• Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with product merchandising and keep the warehouse organized.
• Safely operate a forklift (training provided if needed).
• Support counter sales when required.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team and business needs.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable using shared systems or CRM tools (training provided).
• Must be able to manipulate stock weighing up to 50lbs
