Job Overview and Purpose
The Branch Manager oversees branch operations and ensures financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
The role includes leadership, strategic planning, day-to-day management, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor markets, customers, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and travel agencies.
- Lead, mentor, hire, onboard, and train branch staff.
- Set team goals, conduct performance reviews, and support employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complex complaints or disputes.
- Oversee vehicle rentals, returns, fleet workflows, availability, condition, and readiness.
- Ensure compliance with company, legal, regulatory, insurance, and safety standards.
- Prepare budgets and reports while managing expenses, pricing, upselling, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, replacements, fleet utilization, damage reduction, theft prevention, and operational improvements.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in car rental or branch management roles.
