Location
- This position is based at the Suchitra centre in Hyderabad.
- The work location is in person.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and lead the branch team.
- Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience.
- Receive NCC-routed leads, convert them into centre visits and admissions, achieve revenue targets, and track progress in the CRM.
- Ensure continuity of enrolled families through timely renewals, fee collection, drop-out prevention, and re-engagement initiatives.
- Drive customer satisfaction, admissions, and retention.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and smooth centre functioning.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with commerce, arts, hospitality, or healthcare administration preferred.
- Fluency in English plus Telugu and/or Hindi appropriate to the centre language.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and a warm, premium-healthcare-grade demeanour.
