Role Overview
Lead the operations of a patient-focused branch dedicated to delivering exceptional care and service.
The role is based in Nallagandla, Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and lead the branch team.
- Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience.
- Convert routed leads into centre visits and admissions, achieve revenue targets, and track progress in the CRM.
- Ensure continuity for enrolled families through renewals, fee collection, dropout prevention, and re-engagement.
- Drive customer satisfaction, admissions, and retention.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and smooth centre functioning.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
