Lead operations for a patient-focused developmental healthcare branch in Pragati Nagar, Hyderabad.
The branch is focused on exceptional care, patient experience, service delivery, and centre performance.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily branch operations and lead the branch team.
- Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience.
- Receive routed leads, convert them into centre visits and admissions, achieve revenue targets, and track progress in the CRM.
- Support renewals, fee collection, drop-out prevention, and family re-engagement.
- Drive customer satisfaction, admissions, and retention.
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and smooth centre functioning.
