Position Overview
Manage business development and branch operations for a building materials trading company serving hardware, construction items, and machine tools markets.
The listed operating locations are Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Dubai.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficiency, effectiveness, policy compliance, and compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor inventory, manage procurement, implement quality control, and coordinate timely product delivery to clients.
- Manage branch staff and provide training and development.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors and pursue monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare business proposals, sales pitches, and contracts and maintain sales, client, and project records.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional strategies and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Have experience in operations management and business development within hardware, building materials, construction items, or machine tools trading.
