Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with traumatic and acquired brain injuries.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Provide medical management and oversight for the rehabilitation process.
• Prescribe medication and therapies to manage symptoms and promote recovery.
• Collaborate with neurologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about brain injuries, treatment options, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Stay current with advancements in brain injury medicine through continuing education and professional development.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care.

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Brain Injury Medicine Doctor.
• Residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Neurology, or a related field.
• Specialization or fellowship training in Brain Injury Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Brain Injury Medicine or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and managing brain injuries.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Empathy and compassion toward patients and their families.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• The position is full time.
• Salary is AED 45,000 to AED 90,000 per month.
