Job Summary

  • One of our clients in Riyadh is looking for Boutique Manager, responsible for producing desirable sales results, achieving sales targets, objectives, sales revenue and maintaining sustainable customer enchantment in luxury level.
  • Maintain Key Client relationship and assure professional customer service behavior that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply and Implement Company culture among the team.
  • Manage the opening and closing shifts of the boutique.
  • Daily briefs for the team to cover Sales performance, CRM Review, and daily objectives.
  • Weekly meetings with respective manager to deliver Market Brief, Team updates, Retail Performance analysis, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Weekly meetings with team to review KPIs, merchandising needs, Special orders follow up, opportunities in pipeline, personal targets achievements.
  • Lead the boutique to reach monthly and annual targets.
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential, monitors sales performance continuously.
  • Submit all information in monthly report.
  • Seek new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new businesses.
  • Update management on changing sales trends within market.
  • Lead, develop, build and influence top notch sales team through continuous mentoring, training and weekly meetings.
  • Ensure proper stock levels maintained and dead stock depleted.
