Role Overview

  • The Boutique Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business goals in a luxury jewelry environment.
  • The ideal candidate embodies elegance, discretion, and deep knowledge of fine jewelry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the boutique, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Deliver world class luxury service and maintain close relationships with VIP clients.
  • Lead by example in achieving sales targets, team KPIs, and client retention goals.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on clienteling, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Manage client appointments, exclusive events, and after sales service.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, inventory controls, and product transfers.
  • Monitor daily financial operations including sales reconciliation and cash management.
  • Handle client feedback and concerns with discretion.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and team performance updates.
  • Organize staff rosters and manage attendance.
  • Foster a boutique culture rooted in luxury service and integrity.

Skills Qualifications and Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry, watches, or high end fashion.
  • Strong background in clienteling and CRM.
  • Deep understanding of jewelry products, gemstones, and materials is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic; other languages are a plus.
  • Refined interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Impeccable grooming, professional etiquette, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for developing talent.
  • Results driven with solid commercial acumen and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in POS systems, retail analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
