Role overview
Oversee all aspects of the Activate Accident Repair Hampton bodyshop.
Ensure customer service agreements and site KPIs are met while maximising profitability.
Hours
- The role is 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Location
- The role is based at Activate Accident Repair Hampton, Unit A and B, Sandfield Industrial Estate, Oldfield Road, Hampton TW12 2HR.
Key responsibilities
- Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
- Maintain consistent workflow through capacity planning and workshop loading controls.
- Manage daily production coordination and review site KPI performance.
- Manage customer complaints, complete root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct performance reviews, monitor targets, and identify training needs.
- Lead recruitment activities and support employee engagement and retention.
- Support site apprentices and review their progress.
- Ensure health and safety compliance and monitor audit performance.
- Lead and manage the site to achieve BSI Kitemark when required.
- Support other Group sites when required.
