Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor BMS installation activities at site as per approved drawings and project requirements
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other vendors for smooth execution of works
- Ensure proper cable pulling, glanding, termination, panel installation, and field device installation
- Review installation quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Support testing, commissioning, point to point checking, and troubleshooting activities
- Identify and resolve site related installation issues and report progress to project management
- Ensure proper documentation, site reporting, and material coordination for ongoing activities
- Support project handover and closeout activities
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of BMS systems, controllers, field devices, wiring, and protocols
- Experience supervising BMS installation activities
- Ability to coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Knowledge of cable pulling, glanding, termination, panel installation, and field device installation
- Ability to review installation quality and ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
- Experience in testing, commissioning, point to point checking, and troubleshooting
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
