- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication
- Help maintain accurate and up to date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever)
- Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies
- Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects
- Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings
- Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations
Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate
- Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
- English required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders

About The Role
- We’re looking for a creative and detail oriented BAP with a background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding. You’ll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
- Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
