Job Description
- The BIM Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and maintaining discipline specific BIM models to ensure consistency, accuracy, and clash free integration across architectural, structural, and MEP systems throughout the project lifecycle.
- The role acts as the technical bridge between designers, engineers, and construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate structural BIM models (concrete, steel, foundations)
- Ensure alignment with architectural grids and levels
- Manage analytical vs physical models
- Coordinate openings, embeds, and penetrations
- Support shop drawing and fabrication model coordination
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as BIM Coordinator
- UAE experience is a must
- Advanced Revit Structure skills
- Strong understanding of structural systems and detailing
- Experience with steel and reinforced concrete structures
- Familiarity with construction sequencing and temporary works
Nice to Have
- Experience with ACC / BIM 360
- Experience on large scale or complex projects
