BIM Modeller - Electrical

Develop and maintain BIM models for electrical building services.

Create and update model elements for: Power distribution systems Lighting systems Fire alarm systems ELV infrastructure Generate technical drawings and schedules from models.

Support clash detection activities through model preparation.

Maintain model standards and project templates.

Ensure model compliance with project BIM execution plans.

Support the BIM team with model development tasks.

PROJECT DELIVERY Deliver electrical BIM model outputs in accordance with agreed project programmes.

Participate in model development meetings.

Coordinate model deliverables with design teams.

Attend technical reviews and quality checks.

Support tender and construction documentation preparation.

Contribute to successful project delivery through accurate model development.
