- Setup, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates
- Ensure models are structured correctly for multi disciplinary coordination
- Lead BIM coordination meetings, perform regular clash detection and interference analysis using Navisworks
- Implement and enforce the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Oversee integration of non graphical asset data for 4D, 5D, and 6D requirements
- Conduct regular quality control audits on 3D models and extracted 2D documentation
- Provide technical support, mentoring, and troubleshooting guidance to engineers and modelers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of dedicated experience in BIM implementation and coordination on large scale projects
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/ACC
- Professional certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS) are highly desirable
- Experience with Civil 3D, Dynamo, or Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings is a significant advantage
- Deep understanding of international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and openBIM principles (IFC, COBie)
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Must be willing to relocate or be based full time in Tabuk, KSA

What You'll Be Doing
- BIM Modeling & Management: Setup, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates. Ensure models are structured correctly for multi disciplinary coordination.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Lead BIM coordination meetings, perform regular clash detection and interference analysis using Navisworks, and collaborate with design teams to resolve technical conflicts before they hit the field.
- Standards Enforcement: Implement and enforce the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring all internal teams and external contractors adhere to established LOD (Level of Development) standards and naming conventions.
- Data Integration: Oversee the integration of non graphical asset data within the BIM models to support downstream 4D (scheduling), 5D (cost), and 6D (facility management) requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality control audits on 3D models and extracted 2D documentation to verify accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project delivery standards.
- Training & Support: Provide technical support, mentoring, and troubleshooting guidance to engineers and modelers on BIM software and digital workflows.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS) are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in BIM implementation and coordination on large scale infrastructure, buildings, or mega projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
What Desired Skills You'll Bring
