- Setup, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates

- Oversee integration of non graphical asset data for 4D, 5D, and 6D requirements
- Conduct quality control audits on 3D models and 2D documentation
- Provide technical support, mentoring, and troubleshooting to engineers and modelers

Job Overview
- Parsons is seeking a skilled and forward thinking BIM Manager to join our infrastructure and building projects team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
- You will be responsible for implementation, coordination, and management of BIM workflows across complex, large scale projects.
- You will act as a key technical leader, ensuring project models adhere to Parsons high standards, client requirements, and international BIM frameworks.
What You'll Be Doing
- BIM Modeling & Management: Setup, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates.
- Coordination & Clash Detection: Lead BIM coordination meetings, perform regular clash detection using Navisworks, and collaborate with design teams.
- Standards Enforcement: Implement and enforce the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring adherence to LOD standards and naming conventions.
- Data Integration: Oversee integration of non graphical asset data to support 4D, 5D, and 6D requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality control audits on 3D models and extracted 2D documentation.
- Training & Support: Provide technical support, mentoring, and troubleshooting to engineers and modelers.
