About the Role

- Monitor model updates, LOD compliance, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead coordination meetings and ensure timely resolution of clashes and interface issues
- Verify as built BIM submissions and asset data for handover requirements
- Support the Client in digital asset management and integration with FM systems

- Experience leading BIM management function within PMCM team
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and coordination standards
- Ability to review and approve Contractor's BIM deliverables

Job Description
- Leads the BIM management function within the PMCM team, ensuring the Contractor’s BIM deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project requirements, and coordination standards.
