Responsibilities
- Lead the BIM strategy, execution, and governance for data center projects across all design stages
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans, digital workflows, model standards, and coordination protocols
- Oversee the creation, integration, and quality assurance of multidisciplinary models (MEP, architectural, structural, ICT, fire protection)
- Drive model coordination using platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC
- Facilitate coordination meetings, model reviews, and digital workshops with internal teams, clients, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with Jacobs’ global digital delivery frameworks, data governance standards, and project specific requirements
- Support the development of digital twins, asset information models, and structured data deliverables aligned with ISO 19650
- Mentor and guide BIM specialists and discipline modelers, fostering a culture of digital excellence
- Collaborate with global delivery centers to optimize workflows, resource planning, and model integration
- Champion innovation, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or Technology
- 10+ years of BIM experience, including significant involvement in data center or mission critical projects
- Experience working in the UAE or wider GCC region is preferred
- Proven experience leading BIM based design delivery (LOD 350–400) for hyperscale and colocation data center clients
- Strong expertise in federated model management, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC
- Experience leveraging automation and computational design tools such as Dynamo, Python, and model based QA/QC scripting
- Demonstrated capability in delivering LOD 300–400 models

Your Impact
- Jacobs is seeking an experienced BIM Manager within our data center practice to lead the digital delivery of complex data center projects based from our office in Riyadh or Dubai. You will work at the intersection of technology, engineering, and innovation driving BIM excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the BIM strategy, execution, and governance for data center projects across all design stages
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans, digital workflows, model standards, and coordination protocols
- Oversee the creation, integration, and quality assurance of multidisciplinary models (MEP, architectural, structural, ICT, fire protection)
- Drive model coordination using platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC, ensuring clash‑free, fully aligned design outputs
- Facilitate coordination meetings, model reviews, and digital workshops with internal teams, clients, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with Jacobs’ global digital delivery frameworks, data governance standards, and project‑specific requirements
- Support the development of digital twins, asset information models, and structured data deliverables aligned with ISO 19650

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Technology
- 10+ years of BIM experience, including significant involvement in data center or mission‑critical projects

- Experience leveraging automation and computational design tools such as Dynamo, Python, and model based QA/QC scripting
- Demonstrated capability in delivering LOD 300–400 models including detailed coordination of cable containment, routing, and critical MEP systems
- Experience supporting digital twin development and data centric delivery approaches
