Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination activities across all disciplines (Architecture, Structure, MEP)
- Develop, manage, and maintain federated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar software and manage resolution workflows
- Organize and lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards
- Monitor model quality, accuracy, and data integrity
- Provide technical BIM support and guidance to internal teams
- Review and validate models submitted by external consultants and subcontractors
- Prepare BIM reports, model progress updates, and coordination documentation
- Support project delivery teams in meeting deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 7 years of hands on BIM experience
- Strong experience in BIM coordination for large scale projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM tools
- Solid knowledge of international BIM standards and Qatar construction practices
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to join immediately
- Qatar based applicants preferred

Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background and extensive BIM coordination experience across multidisciplinary projects.
