Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections of architectural works including finishes, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, façade works, and fit out activities
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and material submittals
- Monitor contractor performance and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Verify that works are executed in accordance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and relevant authority regulations
- Review shop drawings and material submittals related to architectural works
- Raise Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Site Observation Reports (SORs) where required
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth site progress
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained on site
- Participate in snagging, de snagging, and project handover processes
- Attend site meetings and provide technical input as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- 7–10 years of experience in construction supervision, with strong exposure to residential villa and apartment projects in Qatar or GCC
- Strong knowledge of finishing works and architectural detailing
- Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and local authority requirements
- Experience working with engineering consultancy firms is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- MMUP/UPDA registration preferred

Overview
