Overview
- Develop and maintain Mechanical BIM project execution plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements, including clash detection and resolution protocols.
- Lead the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing conflicts between systems, focusing on constructability.
- Oversee the creation and management of Mechanical BIM content, including families, templates, and libraries, ensuring adherence to project standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular BIM model audits and quality checks for Mechanical systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain model accuracy and integrity.
