About the Role
Seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator with 10+ years in construction, engineering consultancy, or BIM coordination.
The role leads multidisciplinary coordination of architectural, civil, structural, and MEP models through design, construction, and as-built stages.
The position requires a hands-on BIM leader who can deliver accurate, coordinated, construction-ready models.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across architectural, civil, structural, MEP, QS, project, and site teams.
- Review models and drawings for accuracy, constructability, coordination, and compliance.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage.
- Manage LOD 500 models and support LOD 400/500 and as-built deliverables.
- Maintain BIM Execution Plans, standards, modelling procedures, QA/QC workflows, and documentation.
- Lead coordination meetings, issue reports, monitor action closure, and resolve design conflicts.
- Manage model federation, version control, data management, and coordination workflows.
- Mentor BIM Engineers and Modelers and maintain timely delivery.
