Role Overview
TD Engineering and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator for multidisciplinary BIM coordination in construction and engineering projects.
The role leads coordination from design development through construction and as-built stages.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time and based in person at West Mogappair, Chennai.
Candidate Requirements
- The role requires 10+ years of experience in construction, engineering consultancy, or BIM coordination.
- A B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch is required.
- Candidates should have hands-on multidisciplinary BIM coordination experience and prior Lead BIM Coordinator, BIM Lead, or Senior BIM Coordinator experience.
- Strong knowledge of LOD 300, LOD 400, and LOD 500 workflows, construction drawings, clash detection, and issue resolution is required.
- Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, and information management is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination between architectural, civil, structural, MEP, quantity surveying, and project teams.
