Overview
- Responsible for managing the Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategy across company projects.
- Oversees BIM standards, workflows, coordination processes, and ensures effective use of BIM technology throughout design, construction, and handover phases.
- Manages BIM teams, supports project delivery, and ensures compliance with client and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BIM models and coordination across disciplines
- Lead clash detection and model review processes
- Support project teams with BIM solutions and best practices
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE construction standards
Requirements
- BIM Coordinator: 3 years (Required)
- Familiarity in Revit, Navisworks, clash detection, BIM coordination
Pay
- AED 10,000 AED 12,000 per month
