TERRAFIRMA SOLUTIONS is looking for an experienced HR professional for a temporary 6-7 month assignment to support the Senior Director – HR across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, L&D research, and audit documentation.

Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Director – HR in day to day HR administrative matters, including document management, record keeping, and maintenance of employee files
- Coordinate and support end to end new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for incoming employees
- Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of HR letters, contracts, and other employment related documentation
- Support the Senior Director – HR across various stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processing
- Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a timely and positive recruitment experience
- Maintain accurate and up to date recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Work with the HR team to plan, coordinate, and implement employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Assist in gathering feedback and tracking the effectiveness of engagement programs
- Research and identify suitable learning and development / training courses and providers to meet specific business or role based requirements
- Compile findings and recommendations for review by the HR leadership team
- Support the collection, organization, and filing of HR documentation required for internal and external audits, and risk/compliance requirements
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and readily accessible for review
Requirements
- 4 6 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to both HR operations and talent acquisition
- Prior experience with reputable, well established organizations is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail, particularly in document management and record keeping
- Good working knowledge of recruitment processes and onboarding best practices
- Ability to research and evaluate training/L&D options against specific requirements
- Comfortable supporting audit and compliance documentation requests
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is an advantage
- Available to commit to a temporary assignment of approximately 6 7 months, ideally with an immediate to short notice period

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 6–7 months.
- This role will provide hands on support to the Senior Director – HR across a broad range of HR functions, including HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development research, and audit/risk related documentation.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in core HR practices, gained within reputable organizations, and will be able to operate independently with minimal supervision from day one.

- AED18,000.00 AED22,000.00 per month
