- Coordinate BIM workflows and ensure alignment with project goals and BIM Execution Plans.
- Maintain organized file structures and adhere to company BIM standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with latest BIM technologies, software, and industry trends.
- Ensure BIM models accurately represent design intent and comply with industry standards and codes.
- Ensure model and data integrity throughout project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and training to project stakeholders in BIM processes and software.
- Develop and maintain project specific BIM documentation, standards, and templates such as EIR, BEP, MIDP, TIDP, Assets register, COBI, BIM process.
- Conduct clash detection and design coordination meetings using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ensure Shop drawings extracted from coordinated BIM Civil 3D models.
- Ensure as built drawings produced from as built models.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in related field
- Minimum 10+ years experience
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC
- Detail oriented with focus on accuracy and quality
- Knowledge of IFC and open BIM workflows
- Familiarity with asset tagging, COBie data structures, and FM systems
- Experience with Power BI, Synchro, Primavera for 4D/5D workflows
- Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Civil 3D, RICS, Revit, ISO 19650)

- Provide technical support and training to project stakeholders in BIM processes and software.
- Develop and maintain project specific BIM documentation, standards, and templates such as EIR, BEP, MIDP, TIDP, Assets register, COBI, BIM process.
- Conduct clash detection and design coordination meetings using Navisworks or similar tools for construction stage.
- Ensure the Shop drawings extracted from the coordinated BIM civil 3D models.
- Ensure the as built drawings produced from the as built models.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in related field
- Minimum 10+ years experience
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC and other related tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IFC and open BIM workflows.

- Experience with Power BI, Synchro, Primavera, or similar tools for 4D/5D workflows.
