Role Overview
Onycon Infrastructure is hiring an experienced Billing and Planning Engineer for civil construction and heavy civil infrastructure work.
The role requires 2–5 years of relevant civil billing and planning experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare measurement sheets and Running Account bills from site data and drawings.
- Verify and process subcontractor bills based on completed work and contract terms.
- Prepare subcontractor bills, client billing documents, and work orders.
- Reconcile monthly construction material consumption, including steel and cement.
- Conduct joint measurements with clients or consultants.
- Identify and obtain approval for extra and non-tender items.
- Study BOQs and technical specifications for contract-compliant billing.
- Maintain bills, measurement books, and material delivery records.
- Coordinate bill certification with clients and consultants and follow up with accounts for payments.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of mandatory experience in civil billing and planning engineering.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering.
- Strong experience in billing engineering and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of estimation, project billing, BBS, BOQ, rate analysis, and reconciliation.
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant quantity surveying software such as AutoCAD and MS Projects.
- Analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, independent working, detail, and organizational skills.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹20,000–₹34,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is Mumbai, Andheri West, and the work location is in person.
