- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records
- Stay up to date with payer regulations and homecare coding guidelines
- Coordinate with nurses and physicians for proper documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical coding and billing in a homecare setting
- Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCA, CCS) preferred
- Strong knowledge of ICD 10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
- Advanced experience in UAE insurance billing processes and portals (e.g., Daman, Thiqa)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in medical billing software and Microsoft Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate

Overview
- We are currently seeking a Billing and Medical Coder with prior experience in the homecare sector to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
