- Actively seek and identify relevant bids and RFPs aligned with company goals
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and preferred solutions
- Prepare initial bid assessments, evaluating feasibility, win probability, and resource requirements
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
- Ensure all bid documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Draft and edit sections of the proposal, ensuring clarity and conciseness
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams involved in the bid process
- Track bid win/loss rates and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- A wide knowledge of the design industry
- Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Presentation skills with an appreciation of conflicting interests
- A high level of commercial awareness along with understanding of financial principles
