- Design, develop, and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations to monitor KPIs
- Utilize BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to create interactive reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their reporting requirements and create tailored BI solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness by monitoring data sources and recommending improvements
- Communicate findings and insights to non technical stakeholders in an easy to understand manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, SSRS, and Snowflake
- Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques, including data visualization best practices
- Experience with Excel, including functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic statistical analysis
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills

The Role
