Go Business is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Belly Dance Coach.
The coach will deliver engaging classes for participants at different skill levels.
The role includes creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment.
Work Setting
- The work location is in person in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional belly dance classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced participants.
- Plan structured class sessions, routines, and choreography.
- Teach dance techniques, movements, rhythm, coordination, and body awareness.
- Adapt sessions to participants' fitness levels and abilities.
- Ensure participant safety and well-being during classes.
- Motivate participants toward their fitness and dance goals.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create new and engaging choreography and class routines.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming environment.
- Participate in events, workshops, promotions, and performances when required.
- Coordinate with management regarding schedules and participant feedback.
- Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and operating procedures.
Requirements
- Have proven experience as a Belly Dance Coach, instructor, or professional dancer.
- Have strong knowledge of belly dance techniques, styles, and choreography.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be energetic, confident, and able to motivate participants.
- Work with individuals and groups of different ages and fitness levels.
- Relevant dance or fitness certifications are an advantage.
- Fitness center, dance studio, or wellness-environment experience is preferred.
